  • Have you shipped my order yet?

    A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. If it's been over a few days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, that's a big bummer! Please contact our customer service team at CARE@VISSLAEU and we'd be stoked to help you out. Yet, during periods of high activity, we may expect some processing and shipping delays on Vissla orders (more than 24h). We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

  • I'm having trouble with my order and/or shipment, help me!

    Most importantly, don't panic, almost everything can be solved. If you're having any issues just contact our customer service team at CARE@VISSLAEU and we'd be stoked to help you.

  • I never received my order, what the heck?!

    That's a big bummer, lets figure out why that happened. Please contact our customer service team at CARE@VISSLAEU, we'd be happy to help you through it.

  • I received an incorrect or damaged item within my order, what the heck?!

    That's a big bummer, lets figure out why that happened. We ask that you please contact our customer service team at CARE@VISSLAEU, to ensure that your refund or warranty replacement is properly processed. Please do not return the product without contacting our customer service team.

  • Can I get a copy of my invoice?

    Most definitely, just contact our customer service team at CARE@VISSLAEU and we can hook you up with one.

  • I think I ordered the wrong stuff, can you help me change my order?

    Oh no! If you realize you've ordered the wrong stuff, contact our customer service team at CARE@VISSLAEU as soon as you can so can try to change your order before it leaves the warehouse.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    - Orders placed Monday - Thursday will be shipped out 1 - 2 business days after you've placed your order. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped 1-2 business days after the weekend. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. Please note that our shipping department is closed all major French holidays and from Christmas through New Year's day. If it's been over a few days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, that's a big bummer! Please contact our customer service team at CARE@VISSLAEU and we'd be stoked to help you out. Yet, please note that during periods of high activity, we may expect some processing and shipping delays on Vissla orders (more than 24h). We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
    - Please be aware that each order will be individually sent. We cannot combine different orders to make one single shipment.

  • When am I billed for my order?

    Your credit card is charged only when the order is shipped. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. If it's been over a few business days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, that's a big bummer! Please contact our customer service team at SHOPEUROPE@VISSLA.COM and we'd be stoked to help you out.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Vissla accepts major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others. Vissla also accepts payments with Apple Pay and PayPal accounts and payment in three interest-free installments with Klarna. PayPal and Apple Pay handle all parts of the financial transaction; Vissla does not see or store any of your financial information. For more information about Klarna, discover our Klarna FAQ page.

  • I ordered the wrong size and it doesn't fit! What should I do?

    If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. You can follow the instructions below in our return policy. Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. You can go back and purchase what you need. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded. We only refund the original price of the goods or product, not the return shipping cost.

  • Is there a warranty on this stuff?

    Vissla covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under the European law. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from Vissla.com or an authorized dealer.
    The apparel warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Vissla will repair or replace the item with an existing comparable item, if not the same item. If you purchased the product from an authorized Vissla dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly. If you purchased the product from www.vissla.com, please email us at shopeurope@vissla.com if you feel your damaged item qualifies under this warranty.   • Do I pay sales VAT?

    As we ship from our European headquarters in France, we must add French VAT (The law states that when we ship to someone in the European Union VAT has to be added to the retail price). Goods can move freely inside The European Union without any further VAT taxes being charged on the products.

  • Can I use any other currency other than Euros?

    All prices are in Euros; we cannot add any other currencies at this time. You will be charged Euros on your credit card therefore your bank might translate that euro amount into your local currency. We are not responsible for any extra charge on currency conversions nor exchange rate that your card provider might charge you.

  • What countries do you guys ship to?

    In Europe Vissla offers free delivery over 80€ to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark* , Estonia, Finland* , France (excluding DOM TOM), Germany, Greece ( € 20,00 freight cost apply) , Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (excluding Madeira Islands & Azores), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands and Baleares ), Sweden*.

    * We do not ship wetsuits to Denmark, Finland, Greece and Sweden.

Great News! We have FREE shipping ON ALL ORDERS OVER 80€*. If you are in France, Belgium, Netherlands DPD will deliver your order in 2-4 business days. For the rest of Europe DHL will take care of it in 3 to 5 business days, except for remote areas. For Greece, Cyprus and Malta, you may receive your package within 10 days.

Return Policy

Vissla wants you to be happy with your purchase.

If you see anything wrong when you get your delivery you can return it. Follow the instructions below.

Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund.

You have 30 days to return any article that is not entirely satisfactory.

Vissla will refuse to accept any damaged, worn, spoiled, or incomplete articles (label and original packaging required). Once the returned article(s) have been received and processed by our Logistics department, a refund will be made as soon as possible, directly to the credit card you used to place the order. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded. we only refund the original price of the goods or product, not the return shipping cost.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

To return a purchase, please follow the following instructions:

(1) - Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials. ! Please note we keep our right to refuse a return if: 

- the products is not returned in its original poly bag

- the original labels have been ripped off

- the product in not in new and folded condition

(2) - Add your name and order number inside the package.

(3) - Follow this link to the Vissla return portal: VISSLA RETURN PORTAL

(4) - Print the return label you created via the return portal and stick it to your return package.*

(5) - Drop your return package off at your local shipping location: DPD (France), Colissimo (Belgium, Netherlands) DHL EXPRESS (Rest of Europe).

A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed. You can always ask us for help, contact our customer service team at care@visslaeu.com and we'd be happy to help you out!

Vissla does not accept returns or exchanges on wetsuits that have been worn in the water. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water. Vissla reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused. All sales are final on Vissla stickers, prints, surfboards, and books.

*We offer one free return label per order. If you have used the free label and want to return more products from the same order at a later time, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

WETSUITS RETURNS

Vissla wants you to be happy with your wetsuit purchase. It is important for you to try on any wetsuits ordered.
Fit is essential on wetsuits. Please try on the suit in a clean dry place, and ensure the fit is correct. Once the wetsuit has been worn in the water, it cannot be returned to us. If the suit does not fit correctly, or does not satisfy the water conditions that you surf in, return the unworn wetsuit including all of the original packaging and tags in a saleable condition as you received it.

WETSUITS WARRENTY & RETAIRS

If you purchased the product from an authorized Vissla dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly. Vissla offers a 1 year from purchase date manufacturer wetsuit warranty on all neoprene and seams. Warranty repairs cover any apparent malfunctions under normal use like a zipper that’s busted or a seam that’s torn. Warranty repairs are free of charge.
Non-Warranty repairs cover damage caused by normal wear and tear that is not caused by a malfunction. Examples include: a blown-out panel, a fin cut, worn material, extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow care instructions provided. We charge for non-warranty repairs. Our wetsuit experts at Vissla will contact you if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.
Someone from Vissla will determine whether your wetsuit repair qualifies under our warranty or if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR WARRANTY

If you purchased the wetsuit from Vissla.com, please fill out the Vissla Wetsuit Repair Form.
Please write as clearly as possible, provide as much detailed information as you can and give us a detailed description of the repair needed. Also, mark the area in need of repair on one of the wetsuit drawings on the repair form.

Please include the following in your e-mail:
• Photos of the defected wetsuit
• Your Web Order ID # VIS#####
• Description of your warranty
• Your address
• Your phone number
After contacting the warranty department, ship your warranty promptly

HOW TO SHIP YOUR WETSUIT

• Please make sure your wetsuit is washed thoroughly, dirt/sand free, and completely dry. Unfortunately, we can’t repair suits that are sandy, dirty or wet since they may damage our machines.
• Make sure the box you use to ship the wetsuit in is large enough to prevent from too much creasing.
• Place the Vissla Wetsuit Repair Form (completely filled out) in the box with your wetsuit along with a copy of your original packing slip.

TRACKING INFO

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. The confirmation will have some information on how to track your order. You can also track your order, 24 hours after the package left our warehouse, by clicking on the button that looks like a little person in the top right corner of our website. Once you've clicked the button you can enter your Order ID # and Order Email to track your order. If it's been over a few days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, that's a big bummer!
