RETURN POLICY
Vissla wants you to be happy with your purchase.
If you see anything wrong when you get your delivery you can return it. Follow the instructions below.
Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund.
You have 30 days to return any article that is not entirely satisfactory.
Vissla will refuse to accept any damaged, worn, spoiled, or incomplete articles (label and original packaging required). Once the returned article(s) have been received and processed by our Logistics department, a refund will be made as soon as possible, directly to the credit card you used to place the order. Please allow 8-21 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded, delay can be extended during busy periods. We refund the price of the goods or products - 3€ for return shipping and handling. We do not refund shipping costs. We do not accept COD returns.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
To return a purchase, please follow the following instructions:
(1) - Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials. ! Please note we keep our right to refuse a return if:
- the products is not returned in its original poly bag
- the original labels have been ripped off
- the product is not in new and folded condition
(2) - Add your name and order number inside the package.
(3) - Follow this link to the Vissla return portal: VISSLA RETURN PORTAL
(4) - Print the return label you created via the return portal and stick it to your return package.
(5) - Drop your return package off off at your local shipping agency:

A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed. We will process your refund within 8 to 21 days, this delay can vary depending on busy periods. You will be credited within a maximum of 10 days (depending on your bank's processing time). We will deduct 3€ from your refund for shipping and handling. We offer one return label per order. If you have used the free label and want to return more products from the same order at a later time, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Vissla does not accept returns or exchanges on wetsuits that have been worn in the water. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water. Vissla reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused. All sales are final on Vissla stickers, prints, surfboards, and books.
