When will my order be shipped?

Please not that, due to some exceptionnal circumstances, we may expect some shipping delays on Vissla orders. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, excluding holidays and weekends. If you need your order rushed, we offer expedited shipping at checkout. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. Please note that our shipping department is closed on the weekends, on all major holidays and from Christmas though New Year's day. If it's been over 2 business days (monday-friday) since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at SHOPEUROPE@VISSLA.COM and we'd be happy to check the status of your order.
